The first role most people think of when they hear “wedding planner” is just that—a planner. This includes creating timelines, handling vendor contracts, and managing budgets.
Think of a wedding planner as like a project manager for your big day. We oversee everything behind the scenes—sourcing and booking your venue, caterer, entertainment, photography, make up artist (among others), and managing your wedding budget. The goal here is to ensure that everything runs smoothly from the day you book your venue to the day you say, “I do.”

Once we’ve designed your mood board and you’ve chosen a florist, we take the time to book a tablescape viewing before your wedding day, to make sure that you love your look.
We then take your mood board and wedding design and use it as the cornerstone when it comes to styling your wedding on the day.
3.The Stylist
Wedding stylists focus on the visual aspect of the day, carrying through your chosen looks via the décor choices and floral arrangements, as well as your lighting and table layouts.

We also manage the setup and pack-down, allowing you and your loved ones to enjoy the day without having to worry about doing this yourselves.
4.The Coordinator
On the day of the wedding, the coordinator ensures that everything goes according to plan. They are the point of contact for vendors, keep track of the timeline, and handle any unexpected issues.
